Open weight takes 71.5% of tokens and 23% of spend

Open-weight models now account for 71.5% of AI Gateway tokens and 23% of spending, with their spending share more than quadrupling since June. Nearly one in three teams changed its most-used lab in September, while Jev became the fastest-adopted model in Gateway history despite representing just 0.27% of spend.
